Shipping Policy

At Lamsopic, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing, shipping, and delivering your orders.

Processing Time

Once you place an order, we typically process it within 1-3 business days. Please note that this processing time is separate from shipping time and can vary based on product availability, the size of your order, and the time of year. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you promptly via email.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods, depending on your location and delivery preferences. Our primary shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and we aim to provide you with the best possible options for your order. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): This is our most economical shipping option. Delivery times are estimated to be between 5 and 7 business days from the date your order is shipped.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): For faster delivery, you can select expedited shipping, which will typically get your order to you in 2-3 business days from the shipping date.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, overnight shipping is available. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day will be shipped the same day and delivered by the next business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee it in all circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. You will be able to review the shipping fees during checkout before finalizing your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. This offer is available to qualifying orders only and is applied automatically during checkout.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for these additional charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx) using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Restrictions

While we aim to offer shipping to most locations, certain restrictions may apply:

  • P.O. Box Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address is required for delivery.
  • International Orders: Not all international destinations are eligible for shipping. Please check the available countries during checkout.
  • Hazardous Items: Some products, such as certain food items or liquids, may be subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain locations. In these cases, we will notify you before processing your order.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may require you to provide photos of the damaged items or file a claim with the shipping carrier.
